What does the process look like?

• Your Hair Kit will be mailed to you within 3 business days. *IMPORTANT* If you color or treat your hair, please note you will need to wait 4 weeks (or 8-10 washes) until cutting a hair sample for accurate results. 
• You will be invited to join my client platform so you can get started on the forms. These forms include an intake form, a health questionnaire, and a food journal among other things.
• When you receive the kit in the mail you will follow the precise instructions. Don’t worry it is only a small amount of hair needed! You may want a friend or partner available to help you cut the sample.
• It takes 1-3 weeks after you sent the sample for the labs to send the results to me to analyze. If intake forms are done and sample is sent within 5 days of receiving it, I will generally be ready to go over results one month of when you signed up.
